got my new toy on friday july 1 late in the day. july 2 saturday a.m. i took out of box. first thing i did was to make sure the sprk plug wire was on the spark plug- a little thing i picked up on by reading reviews on line- a few minutes of easy assembly i attached the propane tank, 3 pulls and i was off and eating weeds. this unit worked like a charm. went tru some pretty heavy weeds with no trouble no “boggy down” at all. the weight is no problem when using the strap that comes with the unit. the unit is not very noisy seems quiet compared to the 2 cycle jobs. the only problem i had was the PLASTIC TRIGGER BROKE AFTER ABOUT 40 MINUTES OF USE. a call to customer serv. was met with a message- our hours are monday thru friday. can’t get to upset cause nothing would get sent on a saturday let alone on monday july 4. but all in all i will have to say i love this new toy. well worth the money.
