Hi Jackie,
Don't mix, but if you apply one and then the other on the same day, you won't hurt anything (they won't burn). The only "issue" with that is you will be adding more nitrogen than the lawn really needs.
It would be better to either:
Apply half rate of each, one right after the other
-or-
Apply Ringer now, then wait 4 weeks and apply the Milorganite.
Either way, I am a fan of both of these organic fertilizers.
oh yeah, watch this video too http://yardandgardens.com/how-much-fertilizer-to-use-on-the-lawn-application-basics/

I have bluegrass in Dayton, Ohio. I have been thinking about putting both Ringer Restore and Milorganite (mixing the two together) and applying it this spring on my lawn soon. Your thoughts, please?

you will never get on top of chickweed by hand.
The best course of action is to seed seed seed and choke it out with your thick grass.
It can be done, but it takes a lot of work.

I have a lot of chickweed this spring. Am I able to pull the weeds by hand and succeed or perhaps spray 10% vinegar? Your thoughts. please?

Can this be used for flowers and vegetables?
My local nursery says to use this, and to never ever use MiracleGro.
Thx
